Robinhood is seeking an Advanced Services Customer Experience Representative to tackle complex trading-related issues and empower customers to learn and grow as traders. You will be the voice of our customers, using empathy and product expertise to resolve problems and feed insights back to product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer experience in financial services, incl. active trader role or trade desk.
• Active Series 7 & 63 licensure; Series 3 & 4 bonus.
• Experience collaborating with Product/Compliance/Engineering to improve product and customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to handle escalated customers and de-escalate when needed.
• Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Interest in fintech innovations and trading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to improve customer experience metrics (ASAT, QA) with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and analyze customer issues; provide effective solutions.
• Develop expertise in Options and Margin trading to address queries.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and propose customer-centric solutions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and onboarding processes.
• Address escalated issues with balance of customer needs and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in continuous learning and team-driven process improvements.
• Provide support for Event Contracts after Series 3 licensure.
