Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an Advanced Services Representative to support customers with complex issues in options and margin trading. You will be the voice of the customer, empathetic and product-savvy, helping users thrive as traders and providing feedback to improve the platform.

The role involves working from our Denver/Chicago/Westlake offices with in-person onboarding and then remote shifts, including overnight hours, after onboarding. A passion for fintech and customer empowerment is essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of customer experience in financial services.
Active Series 7 & 63.
Bonus if you have Series 3 & 4.
Collaboration with Product, Compliance, Engineering to enhance product functionality.
Proven ability to de-escalate escalated customers.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Interest in financial markets, trading platforms, fintech innovations.

Responsibilities

Support initiatives to improve customer experience metrics (ASAT, QA) with cross-functional teams.
Identify and analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Develop subject matter expertise in Options and Margin trading to handle technical queries.
Use customer insights and data analytics to identify trends and propose solutions.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training content, and onboarding processes.
