Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Operational Support Specialist to assist all sales groups with customer setup, data input, and record maintenance, including allocations. This is a remote position with overnight hours Mon-Fri 9:00pm–6:00am.

You will coordinate with internal and external contacts to ensure timely data processing in legacy and terminal systems, and serve as the primary contact for setup questions and issues.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, managing customer setups and maintaining data.
• Industry knowledge including terminal structures and Petroex codes.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external contacts to obtain new customer setup information and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure full setup for terminals.
• Input and maintain customer setup data in legacy and terminal systems.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to customer setup information; escalate when needed.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers with allocation and loading issues; resolve and escalate as appropriate.
• Maintain client relations and compile setup reports as needed.
