Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• PC proficiency in Google Suite, Word and Excel.
• A professional and caring demeanor in person and on the telephone.

Responsibilities

• Triaging phone calls in a fast-paced office while the office is closed (overnight).
• Managing urgent patient phone calls and triaging to the appropriate on-call staff.
• Working as a team player within the administrative staff.
