Job summary
Good Shepherd Community Care is seeking a Weekend Triage Nurse for a 32-hour weekend schedule. The role involves responding to and triaging daytime calls on Friday through Monday, coordinating treatment plans and arranging on-site patient care as needed.

Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts (MA)
- 2+ years hospice experience preferred
- Experience using EMR systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with Google Suite preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond to and triage clinical calls Friday–Monday; plan treatment and coordinate on-site care.
- Coordinate with On Call Manager to ensure patient needs are met during shifts.
- Document clearly and communicate with patients, families and the care team.
