A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with strong communication and time-management skills. Candidates should be proficient in Google Suite, Word and Excel, and demonstrate a caring, professional demeanor on calls.

Responsibilities

• Triaging phone calls in a fast-paced office while the office is closed (overnight).
• Managing urgent patient phone calls and triaging to the appropriate on-call staff.
• Working as a team player within the administrative staff.
