Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in a NOC or technical support environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Overnight availability is required.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor customer network infrastructure using NOC tools.
• Create, work, and update trouble tickets with accuracy.
• Perform initial troubleshooting following SOPs and guides.
• Escalate complex issues to NetOps Engineering when needed.
• Communicate updates clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the knowledge base.
