Job summary

Effortless Office is seeking a Tier 2 NOC Analyst to monitor client environments with RMM, SIEM, and backup tools, respond to afterhours incidents, and provide escalation support to Service Delivery Teams. This remote role requires strong technical acumen and the ability to work independently during non-business hours.

Responsibilities include triage, ticket handling, root-cause analysis, KB documentation, and afterhours rotation with a Pacific time schedule.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years IT/Help Desk/MSP experience.
• Required Certifications: MS-102 and CompTIA Net+ or CCNA.
• Preferred Certifications: VMware-VCP and MS 365 Admin Expert.
• Experience with Office 365 administration, Azure AD, and VMware.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards and alerts from RMM, SIEM, and backups.
• Triage and respond to system, network, and application alerts.
• Handle after-hours service requests and update tickets in AutoTask.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 3 or on-call teams.
• Document resolutions and contribute to KB articles.
