Job summary

JSI is seeking an Overnight NOC Analyst II to join our remote Network Operations team. You will monitor customer networks, manage tickets, and perform initial troubleshooting while following SOPs. This mid-level role requires a strong technical aptitude and reliable, proactive problem solving.

You will escalate complex issues to NetOps when needed, communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, and help maintain SOPs and knowledge bases. Remote overnight work offered.

Qualifications

• Strong aptitude with Windows, browsers and Office; ability to learn monitoring software quickly.
• Able to follow workflows and validate steps to resolve issues.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in technical support or NOC environments with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor customer networks using established NOC tools and respond to alarms.
• Create, update and manage trouble tickets with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform initial troubleshooting per SOPs to diagnose connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to NetOps Engineering after basic checks.
• Communicate updates professionally to customers and stakeholders.
• Help maintain and improve the team knowledge base and SOPs.
• Mentor Network Analyst I with procedural questions and guidance.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
