Job summary

Castlery is seeking a Senior US Logistics Operations Specialist to streamline returns and outbound orders across the US and Canada. You will work with Customer Experience, Supply Planning, Warehouse, and external carriers to resolve delivery and replacement cases with minimal friction.

The role requires independent handling of high volumes, weekend/overnight coverage, and a focus on data-driven process improvements. Remote work is supported for US/Canada markets.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or related field.
• Experience coordinating with carriers and external vendors.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end returns and replacement operations with internal teams and partners.
• Manage outbound order process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate delivery exceptions and escalate issues with carriers and teams.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and tickets.
• Oversee returns transportation, pickups, tracking, and warehouse receipt confirmation.
• Monitor ongoing issues and identify root causes for corrective actions.
• Support partner coordination and performance management.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records across outbound and returns workflows.
