Job summary

Purolator International is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic air/ground shipments, imports/exports, and documentation in a 24/7 environment. This remote role supports customers, carriers, and agents, coordinating pickup and delivery, data entry into the TMS, and maintaining accurate status updates.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in time-critical logistics, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in time-critical logistics (air/express/courier) or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Interface with agents, carriers and brokers for scheduling and rates.
• Prepare and review shipment documentation (BOL, MAWB, HAWB, invoices).
• Enter and maintain shipment data in the TMS with real-time milestones.
• Provide updates to customers and internal teams on status changes.
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and respond to customer needs outside ordinary hours.
