TigerTel is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time remote role that begins with a mandatory 5-week in-office training before transitioning to a remote schedule.

You will professionally handle inbound calls, greet callers, collect information, transfer calls, or take messages using our call processing system. Strong English, reliable attendance, and 35 WPM typing are required.

• Must be able to work in-office for 5 weeks.
