Capital Pump & Equipment is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to lead growth across St. George, UT, working remotely with our Henderson, NV team.

You'll drive pump and filtration equipment sales, expand a defined territory, and build lasting client partnerships in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. The role rewards performance with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in rental equipment or related industries.
• Experience selling pumps/filtration equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Promote rental equipment including pumps and filtration systems to commercial, industrial, and municipal clients.
• Manage full sales cycle: cold calling, quoting, site visits, presentations, and contract negotiation.
• Conduct weekly equipment demos and monthly customer Lunch & Learns.
• Provide consistent follow-up, weekly sales reporting, and active call tracking.
• Host and participate in sales blitzes focused on target accounts and territories.
• Attend monthly networking events and trade shows.
• Support after-hours/emergency sales calls to ensure customer satisfaction and uptime.
• Coordinate with branch managers and operations teams.
• Maintain a well-branded company vehicle with up-to-date sales collateral.
