Job summary

Zipdev LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our San Diego presence. You’ll own the local market, build relationships with founders, CEOs, and HR leaders, and develop a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, events, and referrals.

You’ll work directly with the Co-Founder, execute Zipdev’s sales playbook, and close new business across nearshore staffing, direct hire, and payroll solutions. A proven hunter mentality and reliable local network are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably outside sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions is a plus.
• Based in San Diego and able to attend in-person meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Own the San Diego market by developing a local business strategy and pipeline.
• Prospect and generate new business through outbound activities and events.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close and post-sale follow-up.
• Build relationships with founders, CEOs, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
• Follow Zipdev's Sales Playbook and maintain CRM discipline.
