Job summary

Comfort City Mechanical Inc. seeks an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive new business, manage client relationships, and close deals within the San Diego territory. You will generate leads, present solutions, and submit sales reports while building rapport with both new and existing customers.

The successful candidate will possess an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service, and strong negotiation skills with a proven drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in outside sales.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive attitude and ability to be persistent.
• Plumbing and HVAC experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Travel to appointments and meetings within your territory.
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets.
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy. Document all leads, sales and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.
