Technology Partners is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our foothold in packaging machinery and materials. You will develop strategic plans, prospect new clients, and manage relationships across accounts.

This full-time role requires travel within the local and regional area, strong consultative selling, and proficiency with CRM tools to track forecasts and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in industrial sales, packaging sales, or machinery sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and grow accounts.
• Strong consultative selling skills and solution tailoring.
• Excellent communication, professional and confident in customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and hit measurable sales goals.
• Background in industrial or manufacturing sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to meet revenue objectives for packaging machinery and materials.
• Prospect for new customers and expand relationships with existing accounts through regular outreach.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions based on requirements.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations, coordinating with pricing and specs.
• Support all stages of the sales process from lead gen to closing.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competition.
• Track sales activity and pipeline data in CRM; provide regular forecasts.
