Cleft of the Rock, a trusted provider of insurance solutions, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance options and build lasting client relationships.

In this role you will manage your own book of business, follow up on leads, and coordinate with your manager to set and achieve growth targets. Training, incentives, and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with people and build relationships.
• Comfort presenting to groups of varied sizes.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain (reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners, managers, and employees in your territory.
• Lead presentations to small groups and larger teams (1–100+ employees).
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support clients throughout the process.
• Work closely with your manager to set goals and track progress.
