CM Energy Concepts LLC is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to identify opportunities and close contracts. You will engage with general contractors, property managers, facility managers, and building owners, supported by estimating and technical teams to qualify and win proposals.

You will work remotely, building a local portfolio across Greater Houston and driving new business through lead generation, presentations, and ongoing account expansion.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in B2B outside sales or business development.
• Ability to generate leads and secure new business independently.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and maintain organized records.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Greater Houston.
• Willingness to begin with a commission-only compensation structure.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect through in-person visits, cold calls, email outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Build relationships with decision-makers throughout Greater Houston.
• Identify upcoming construction projects, electrical upgrades, lighting projects, and facility service needs.
• Secure bid invitations and help CMEC qualify as an approved vendor or subcontractor.
• Gather project information and coordinate site visits with the estimating and operations teams.
• Present CMEC’s services and proposals to prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently on opportunities, quotations, and pending decisions.
• Negotiate within company-approved pricing and contract guidelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of contacts, meetings, proposals, and next steps.
• Coordinate the handoff of awarded projects to operations.
• Maintain relationships with your accounts and identify repeat business opportunities.
