Job summary

Nova Talent Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Dallas–Fort Worth area in a direct-hire role. You will blend new-business development with managing an established account base across commercial and residential markets in a field-based capacity.

The role requires 3+ years in outside sales, knowledge of architectural glass/metal/construction products, and strong English communication. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience.
• Experience with architectural glass, metal products, construction products, or related markets.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Work Model

• Remote-based position for a candidate located in or near the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• This is a field-sales role requiring customer visits approximately four to five days per week.

PAY

$85,000–$95,000 base salary per year, plus commission and full benefits.
