Job summary

Utility Advantage seeks an Outreach Specialist to support marketing and outreach for its energy efficiency programs in Atlantic City Electric territory across Southern NJ. This entry-level role focuses on increasing participation, building relationships with trade allies and customers, and expanding program awareness.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS or 4 years sales/outreach, strong communication, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of sales/outreach experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Promote programs through meetings, presentations, and networking across Southern NJ.
• Qualify leads and assist owners in determining potential improvements.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
• Support day-to-day outreach and recruitment of Trade Allies.
• Maintain CRM data entry for contacts and opportunities.
• Represent program at community meetings and trade shows.
• Travel up to 75% within New Jersey territory.
