Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking a motivated Call Center Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads through phone, chat, text, and email. You will promote our home healthcare services, educate prospects on program benefits, and schedule appointments for further consultation.

You will also enter and maintain data in HubSpot, support local events, and help drive entry of accurate prospect records. Remote or field-based work may be required with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of outbound sales or telemarketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of healthcare services and HIPAA compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Provide clear information about services and answer prospect questions.
• Communicate the value proposition and schedule appointments for follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and actions.
