Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking an Outreach Benefits Advisor to drive patient growth in the Grand Junction area. You will establish and nurture relationships with lead sources, convert leads into patients, and guide potential claimants through the eligibility process for EEOICPA and RECA.

You will meet monthly quotas through outreach, prospecting, and lead generation, while leveraging CRM tools and in-person engagements to build trust and secure enrollments.

Qualifications

• > At least 2 years of experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally within Home Health, DOL programs, or other service-oriented industries.
• <br/> Proven track record of success by building long-term trust with clients, not just closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Attending in-person, online, and phone appointments.
• Make outbound sales calls and enter and maintain lead and opportunity data in CRM.
• Contact, follow up, and convert leads provided by marketing, sales, leadership, and your individual efforts into patients.
• Determine potential eligibility for services and educate them about benefits under the EEOICPA and RECA.
• Prepare documents and written communication with leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sources to identify potential patients and generate leads locally.
• Manage the entire sales process from sourcing to securing patient enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with local lead sources.
• Monitor and maintain sales metrics, including data entry in the CRM, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen as applicable by state.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies throughout the sales process.
