Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking a Multi-Channel Outreach Expert to grow patient enrollment in designated markets. You will build relationships with lead sources, convert leads into patients, and educate them about EEOICPA and RECA benefits while signing new service agreements.

The role involves outbound calls, CRM data management, and meeting monthly quotas. You will engage with individuals at events or community venues, delivering clear, empathetic guidance through the eligibility

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consultative or relationship-based sales in Home Health or DOL programs
• Proven ability to build long-term trust with clients, not just closing deals
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven lead management

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person, online, and phone appointments.
• Make outbound sales calls and manage leads in CRM.
• Contact, follow up, and convert leads into patients.
• Assess potential eligibility for EEOICPA/RECA benefits.
• Prepare documents and written communications with leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local lead sources.
• Manage full sales process from sourcing to patient enrollment.
• Maintain positive relationships with local lead sources.
• Monitor and maintain sales metrics and CRM data.
• Pass background check and drug screen as applicable by state.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies.
