Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare in Cincinnati seeks a Multi-Channel Outreach Expert to drive patient growth by nurturing community leads, converting them into patients, and educating them about EEOICPA and RECA benefits. You’ll guide claimants through eligibility and paperwork.

This role involves proactive outreach, signing new service agreements, CRM data management, and hitting monthly quotas through relationship-building with local sources.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in consultative or relationship-based sales.
• Experience in Home Health, DOL programs, or similar service sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to build long-term trust with clients.
• Ability to meet and engage in-person at events and union halls.
• Proficient with CRM tools and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person, online, and phone appointments.
• Make outbound sales calls and maintain lead data in CRM.
• Convert leads into patients and educate on EEOICPA and RECA.
• Determine eligibility for services and explain benefits.
• Prepare documents and written communications with leads.
• Develop relationships with local sources to generate leads.
• Manage the sales process from sourcing to enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screen as required.
