Talkiatry is a fully remote outpatient psychiatry practice hiring independently licensed therapists to join a nationwide team. This W-2 role offers full benefits, flexible scheduling within an outpatient model, and a supportive operations team providing scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing support.

You will manage a routine 100% remote caseload with clear goals, no inpatient duties, and opportunities for continued clinical autonomy within evidence-based

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with active, unrestricted licenses (multi-state licensing support available).
• Active license required; multi-state licenses encouraged (except CA, NY, MA).
• Capacity to manage a consistent outpatient caseload remotely.
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making.
• Experience in outpatient settings and evidence-based modalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Maintain a defined, transparent caseload with clear goals.
• Handle documentation and scheduling with minimal administrative burden.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network and leadership for consultation.
• Deliver evidence-based care within a structured outpatient model.
