Job summary

Talkiatry is a remote, outpatient psychiatry model that supports clinicians with full operational resources. This role offers independent clinical decision-making within an evidence-based framework and a schedule that fits within a transparent outpatient workflow.

You will deliver 100% remote therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, with standard 60-minute sessions, and a defined, consistent caseload. We provide scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing, and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with active licenses.
• Multi-state licensing support available.
• Active, unrestricted license.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.).
• 60-minute intakes and follow-ups.
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
