Job summary

Ensource RCM is seeking a qualified Medical Records Coder to review hospital medical records and assign ICD-10-CM diagnoses and CPT codes. The role requires coding credentials and at least three years of facility coding experience, with Epic experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with outpatient coders and managers to meet client needs.
• Maintain coding certifications and complete continuing education to stay current.
