Qualifications

• AHIMA credentials (RHIA/RHIT/ CCS) or AAPC credentials (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC, CRC) required.
• 2+ years of coding experience in hospital or coding consulting role.
• Experience in Interventional Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures.
• Assign and sequence codes based on documentation and ensure 95% coding accuracy.
• Abstract and enter coded data for hospital statistics and reporting.
