Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking a Certified Medical Coder for a 3+ month engagement. The role is a full-time remote coder position with an initial 7–10 day onsite training period, after which you will code remotely and visit the site every 4–6 weeks.

Candidates must hold AHIMA or AAPC certification (CPC or CCS-P) and have outpatient coding experience, including ED and observation coding. You will assign ICD-10 and CPT codes from medical records while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• Current AHIMA or AAPC Certification required (CPC or CCS-P).
• Outpatient coding experience with ED and observation coding.
• Proficient in selecting accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes from records.
• Must train onsite; remote work after training may be allowed.

Responsibilities

• Assign accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes from medical records.
• Abstract relevant information and support coding accuracy and productivity.
• Coordinate with HIM team during on-site training and remote work phases.
