Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Outpatient Content Management Consultant to drive education and content for outpatient CDI and professional coding. You will develop training materials, validate content accuracy, and ensure compliance with coding and reimbursement requirements.

In this remote US role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex guidance into clear content for education programs and customer success. Travel up to 3% domestically may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8 years of coding/CDI experience, or HS diploma with 12 years of CDI experience.
• Current RHIA or RHIT with CCS/CCS-P/CPC certification.
• Outpatient CDI and coding expertise across ED, observation, ASC, interventional radiology, cardiology, E/M, CPT/HCPCS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain training materials for outpatient CDI and coding education.
• Create and update content to ensure accuracy with current regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
• Coordinate monthly education network: topic planning, speaker coordination, and resource management.
• Collaborate with coding, CDI, clinical, product, and writing teams to answer content questions and support implementations.
