Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Outpatient Content Management Consultant to develop and validate education and content for outpatient CDI and coding. You will partner with coding, CDI, clinical, product, and technical writing teams to translate guidance into clear, usable content within established platforms.

The role focuses on documentation integrity, reimbursement accuracy, and customer success across diverse outpatient services, with a remote US work location and up to 3% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years in coding and CDI in various environments
• High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years in coding and CDI in various environments
• Current RHIA or RHIT with CCS/CCS-P/CPC certification required
• Outpatient CDI expertise including documentation review and query development
• Outpatient coding across ED, observation, ambulatory surgery, infusion, diagnostics and E/M

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate and maintain education and content for outpatient CDI and coding
• Create training materials, reference resources, workflows, and customer-facing education
• Coordinate monthly education network including planning, speaker coordination and follow-up
• Collaborate with coding, CDI, clinical, product and technical writing teams on content needs
• Ensure content aligns with regulatory and reimbursement requirements
