Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Outcomes-Based Care Manager to join a leader in the IT space remotely. This clinician will partner with customers to translate data into practical care improvements and lead onboarding, measurement, and workflow optimization across service lines.

The role requires collaboration with clinical leaders and executives to strengthen customer success and inform product development while delivering data-informed outcomes across programs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or equivalent in autism/IDD care.
• 4+ years of clinical experience in ABA or IDD services.
• Experience advising or consulting with external clients.
• Strong understanding of clinical data collection and outcomes.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data findings clearly.
• Comfort with software platforms and AI applications.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical outcomes expert for assigned customers.
• Lead onboarding and optimization engagements focused on outcomes.
• Assess customer data practices and build roadmaps for improvement.
• Deliver training on applying outcomes measurement in workflows.
• Apply standardized outcome measures across service lines.
• Review treatment progress trends and recommend data-informed adjustments.
• Help customers prepare outcomes reports for payers and stakeholders.
