Job summary

This remote nationwide role offers a structured schedule and the chance to influence treatment quality while aligning with care advocacy operations and network services.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical degree required (MS/PhD in psychology or related field).
• Independent active and unrestricted licenses.
• Board certification as a Behavior Analyst and state licensure where required.
• 3+ years in Managed Care/Utilization Review.
• 3+ years of CPT/HCPCS coding experience.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with ABA leaders at facilities/providers.
• Initiate interventions to improve clinical outcomes and billing practices.
• Support high-performing ABA providers to maintain standards.
• Identify outliers via outcomes and utilization data.
• Audit ABA programs and provide feedback.
• Track program performance improvements over time.
• Implement and monitor performance improvement plans.
• Assist onsite team with data analysis and interviews.
• Collaborate with Care Advocacy, Network Management and other departments.
