Job summary

CentralReach, LLC is seeking an experienced clinical outcomes expert to act for assigned customers, leading implementations, workshops, and business reviews to drive outcomes-based care. You will deliver training that helps teams apply outcomes measurement daily, and apply standardized outcome measures across ABA and IDD service lines.
