American Home Design, Inc. is seeking Part-time Remote Call Center Agents to schedule appointments for our sales team. You will make outbound calls to potential customers who showed interest and book a free consultation from home.

The role offers uncapped bonus opportunities, professional training, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have 2+ years sales and at least 1 year in a call center, with a persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated approach.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ years of Call Center experience.
• Proficient navigating multiple browser tabs.
• Home improvement experience is a plus.
• Professional and personable attitude.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing personality.
• Active listener and strong communicator.
• Persuasive and influential in conversation.
• Able to solve problems using critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Make 25-35 outbound calls per hour to prospects to schedule appointments.
• Use scripts to engage homeowners and provide information.
• Overcome objections using provided rebuttals.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude despite rejection.
• Reach and exceed weekly/monthly appointment goals.
• Record conversation notes in the CRM.
