Job summary

American Home Design is seeking Part-time Remote Call Center Agents to schedule appointments for our sales team. You will make outbound calls to interested homeowners and guide them toward a free consultation, working 11am–7:30pm.

You should have at least 2+ years in sales and 1+ years in a call center, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a home-based role with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a quiet space to work from home.
• Own computer with reliable high-speed internet and headset.

Responsibilities

• Make 25-35 outbound calls per hour to prospects by telephone to schedule appointments.
• Use provided scripts to engage homeowners and explain benefits.
• Overcome objections with provided rebuttals.
• Maintain a positive attitude and meet weekly/monthly appointment goals.
• Record conversations and notes in the CRM.
