Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Remote Outbound Specialist for Integrated Customer Services. The role involves high-volume outbound calls to encourage energy-saving enrollments, working remotely within the US, and achieving sales and quality targets.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer-facing roles, type 35+ WPM, and preferably bilingual Spanish speakers. Compensation is hourly with an internet stipend and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Type at least 35 words per minute.
• Minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing environment required; call center experience preferred.
• Sales-oriented with strong customer service focus.
• Able to thrive in a remote, structured environment with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to secure enrollments.
• Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.
• Identify eligibility and close enrollments consistently.
• Work in a remote team environment and participate in training sessions.
• Operate in a performance-driven setting with commission potential.
