CLEAResult in the United States is seeking a Remote Outbound Specialist for Integrated Customer Services. You will make outbound calls to enroll energy-saving programs, driving sales in a fast-paced, work-from-home environment.

Candidates should have experience in call centers, be able to type 35+ WPM, meet daily production goals, and ideally be bilingual to serve Spanish-speaking customers. Compensation starts at $18/hour with a $65/month internet stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience handling outbound/inbound voice calls.
• Ability to follow a script and navigate conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound enrollments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.
• Identify eligibility and close enrollments.
• Participate in remote training sessions to grow.
• Earn commissions based on defined metrics.
• Bilingual preferred to support Spanish-speaking customers.
