Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Remote Outbound Specialist for Integrated Customer Services to drive enrollments in energy-saving programs. This remote role targets utility customers with a high-volume outbound dialer and a focus on performance metrics.

You will operate in a remote environment, meeting daily and monthly goals, with potential commission based on performance, and a preferred bilingual Spanish capability to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to type 35+ WPM.
• No attendance or punctuality concerns.
• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing environment; call center experience in inbound/outbound sales preferred.
• Able to thrive in an intensive environment while navigating multiple platforms.
• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction.
• “How can I help you?” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address energy needs and enroll them in programs.
• Meet daily outbound sales production goals and monthly quality targets.
• Identify eligibility and consistently close enrollments.
• Participate in training and collaborate in a remote team environment.
• Earn commissions based on defined metrics.
