Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Remote Outbound Specialist for Integrated Customer Services. This role conducts outbound calls to enroll energy-saving programs for utility customers in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will work toward daily outbound targets, qualify eligibility, and close enrollments. Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish preferred), with 6 months of customer-facing experience and the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Type at least 35 WPM.
• No attendance or punctuality concerns.
• Minimum 6 months of previous experience within a customer-facing environment; Call Center experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in an intensive environment and navigate multiple platforms.
• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction.
• “How can I help you?” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to new and existing customers to enroll in energy-saving programs.
• Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.
• Identify eligibility, then consistently close enrollments.
• Participate in training sessions and remote team activities to develop and grow.
• Earn a commission based on defined metrics.
• Bilingual candidates preferred to meet Spanish-speaking customer needs.
