Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring a Communication Specialist to support charity fundraising campaigns from the Mesa, AZ area. You will contact donors, follow a client-approved script, and aim to secure charitable gifts while maintaining daily call and fundraising targets.

Successful candidates bring at least 1 year of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong, stable work history, with basic computer skills and enthusiasm for non-profit causes.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ outbound telemarketing experience or stable employment history.
• Basic computer skills required.

• Willingness to learn and stay persistent.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Call 4–8 clients per day using assigned scripts and dialer.
• Engage donors in a positive, enthusiastic manner to secure gifts.
• Meet fundraising and productivity metrics set by clients.
