MDS Communications, based in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Call Center Representative to support national fundraising clients. You will work a full-time schedule on site, calling multiple clients per day with a structured script to engage donors and secure gifts.

The role offers an hourly wage of $16.15–$17.65, a performance bonus program, health insurance eligibility after 2 months with 75% of base premiums covered, paid breaks and paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year or more outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability
• Basic computer skills
• A commitment and enthusiasm to the charitable and non-profit causes represented
• A willingness to learn

Aufgaben

• Receive in-depth training.
• Call for 4-8 different clients over the course of an 8 hour day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging and enthusiastic manner using a script.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
