Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring Call Center Representatives in Mesa, AZ to support nonprofit fundraising programs. You will receive thorough training and rotate among multiple client campaigns with predictive dialing, engaging donors and securing gifts throughout an eight-hour shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four MDS Teams.
• Call for 4–8 different clients over an 8-hour day with a steady cadence.
• Communicate with donors in a positive, engaging manner using approved scripts.
• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of clients and maintain performance metrics.
