Qualifications

• 1 year+ outbound telemarketing experience or strong stable employment history
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment to charitable/non-profit causes and enthusiasm

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and join one of four client teams.
• Call for 4-8 different clients per day using scripted scripts.
• Engage donors in a positive, enthusiastic manner to secure gifts.
• Maintain fundraising and productivity metrics and report results.
