Centene Corp. is seeking a Customer Care Professional (Outbound) for a remote role in South Carolina. This is a full-time position with pay that reflects experience and location.

You will make outbound calls to educate members about program features, gather and verify demographic information, document calls, and report results to management. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service, data entry or call documentation experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Mansioni

• Make outbound calls and provide information and education regarding program features and requirements.
• Gather and verify demographic information; document calls and submit reporting to management.
• Encourage callers to perform a specific action based on campaign needs.
• Identify barriers during calls and escalate crises if needed.
• Maintain performance and quality standards per call experience guidelines.
• Identify trends to improve outbound call policies and procedures.
