Job summary

Blueground is seeking an outbound Business Development Representative to join our centralized sales team remotely in the US. You will be the first contact for North America prospects, initiating conversations and scheduling meetings with Sales Managers to match clients with flexible living solutions.

We value 1–3 years in sales or SDR/BDR roles, fluent English, and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Outreach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales or SDR/BDR role.
• Fluent, native-level English communication (verbal and written).
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
• Coachable with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the sales cycle by reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social platforms, guiding them from initial contact to discovery and scheduling with the Sales Manager.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored accommodation recommendations for North America.
• Deliver results by meeting and exceeding quotas and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Manage pipeline by tracking leads in the CRM and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Managers, Operations, CX, and Marketing for a seamless client experience.
