Job summary

Goodwill Talent Solutions is seeking a personable outbound calling and appointment scheduling assistant to contact K-12 school districts nationwide. The role is remote with a Houston, TX residency requirement for consideration, and focuses on initiating conversations and setting Microsoft Teams meetings for the program manager.

You will handle high-volume outbound calls, identify technology decision makers, and maintain CRM records with timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Clear, friendly phone presence and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of outbound calls.
• Experience using email, Microsoft Teams, calendars and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in appointment setting or inside sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to K-12 districts nationwide to identify technology decision makers.
• Introduce the company and recertified program, gauging interest and needs.
• Schedule Microsoft Teams meetings with the program manager and send follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, conversations, and next steps in the CRM.
• Provide consistent, professional follow up to advance qualified opportunities.
