Job summary

Warner Music Group seeks an OTC Manager with a global remit to design and implement Order to Cash processes across the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, define standards for billing, credit, and receivables, and drive continuous improvement in a complex, multinational environment.

You will oversee SAP SD/FI-AR configurations, ensure accurate revenue recognition, and collaborate with tax, intercompany, and licensing functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Proven OTC processes experience across Credit, Collections, Cash Application, Billing, AR.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules: SD, FI-AR; FSCM.
• Ability to lead workshops and build consensus across global teams.
• Excellent analytical and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global OTC design, documentation, and rollout with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and configuration of SAP SD/FI-AR.
• Coordinate customer master data, credit management, and revenue recognition.
• Partner with IT for integration points between billing and core finance systems.
• Attend Fit/Gap sessions and socialize end-to-end OTC processes.
• Develop training materials and job aids for the OTC area.
• Represent OTC in governance and stakeholder updates.
