Job summary

Warner Music Group is seeking an OTC Manager to define the future state Order to Cash processes and measures aligned with global strategies and country-specific requirements. This role will lead cross-functional teams, review workflows, and drive SAP SD/FI-AR configurations from design through release and steady-state optimization.

You will ensure end-to-end coverage from revenue to order-to-billing and ebilling where required, supporting digital, physical, licensing, and merchandise revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience focusing on OTC processes (Credit, Collections, Cash Application, Billing, AR) or related finance transformation.
• Strong Order to Cash process and systems knowledge, preferably in entertainment context.
• Facilitative style with experience leading workshops and engaging collaborators for consensus.
• SAP implementation experience (SD, FI-AR, FSCM) is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, documentation, and rollout of end-to-end OTC processes.
• Manage cross-functional, virtual teams for review, design, and implementation of global processes.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and configuration of SAP SD/FI-AR modules and subsystems.
• Coordinate credit management, billing, collections, AR, and revenue recognition activities.
• Represent OTC governance and ensure localizations align with global standards.
