Job summary

SEMI, Milpitas, CA, is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead the end-to-end order-to-cash transformation. You will oversee revenue recognition, accounts receivable, deal management, customer invoicing, and collections while ensuring ASC 606 compliance and strong internal controls.

A proactive, detail-oriented leader will partner with global teams to drive efficiency and accuracy across regions. The role reports to the Corporate Controller and is based in Milpitas, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years accounting experience with at least 2 years in revenue management/OTC.
• Experience with ERP (NetSuite preferred), CRM tools (Salesforce a plus), and Stripe.
• Proven success in process improvement and system implementation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end OTC process including invoicing, collections, credit memos, and refunds.
• Manage global accounts receivable operations with timely cash application and accurate aging analysis.
• Ensure ASC 606 compliance and review contracts for revenue recognition implications.
• Drive automation across OTC and revenue processes via ERP/CRM integrations.
• Lead and mentor the revenue and AR teams; collaborate with sales, operations, and finance.
